Meant to fill in any space between the head of your penis and the head of the sleeve. Just measure the amount you need and cut it to size. Insert into the sleeve before putting it on to provide reinforcement. Make sure to choose the correct size. As the photo shows, the sizes do vary. Color of insert will vary.
I measured the gap once and trimmed this with scissors — fit perfectly on the first insert. It fills that dead space so the sleeve head sits right against mine, no sliding or air pocket. Way better than the foam I tried before.
Cutting it to size took a couple tries, but once I trimmed it right the fit was spot on and there's no more empty gap at the tip. Measuring first really helps since you only get one shot at the length.
Wasn't sure I'd even need this insert, but the fit difference is honestly night and day. Measuring and trimming took a couple tries to get right, though once it's in the sleeve everything stays put.
